Finding a company you can trust shouldn't feel like a gamble. The businesses on this list are local owners who meet together twice a month, know each other by name, and are glad to have their neighbors' work sent their way.
Pick a category and we'll show you who we know. Or search the whole directory if you'd rather look around.
Nobody pays to appear here, and there's no ranking or sponsored placement. It's simply a list of the businesses in our group — and we'd rather have a small list we can stand behind than a long one we can't.
We sit across the table from these owners twice a month. If someone here does right by you, we hear about it — and if they don't, we hear about that too.
These are owner-run businesses in and around Montgomery County. The number on their listing rings a person, not a call center three states away.
Members hold to our bylaws on professionalism and integrity, and carry bond and insurance where their trade calls for it. Membership here is a privilege, and it can be taken back.
A quick note. Each of these companies is independent, and we don't supervise their work or guarantee it. What we can tell you is that we know them, we've watched how they treat people, and these are the folks we call when we need something ourselves.
The RM Business Group of Montgomery County started with a simple idea: business owners do better when they're not doing it alone. We gather on the first and third Tuesday of the month to swap ideas, encourage one another, and pass along work to people we trust.
At the end of each year, we look at what's in the treasury and give it away — to a local nonprofit, a brand-new business, or a young entrepreneur that our members nominate. Being part of this county is the whole point.
To connect business professionals through meaningful networking, collaborative discussion, and shared resources — while actively supporting our community through charitable giving and partnerships with local nonprofits.

If you've been looking for a room where people actually root for each other, come sit in on a meeting as a guest. Coffee's on us.
Give them a call directly — there's nothing between you and them. It never hurts to mention you found them through the RM Business Group; they'll know a neighbor sent you.
There's no application just to visit. Come as the guest of a member, meet everyone, and see whether it feels like a fit — nobody's going to talk to you about dues on your first morning.
Dues fund the group's operations and the year-end charitable giving decided by member vote.
Tell us a bit about your business and we'll let you know when we're meeting next.
